Goosnargh and Longridge Agricultural Show is a labour of love, orchestrated entirely by dedicated volunteers. This dedicated team includes a 16-strong Committee who work tirelessly on the show year-round and over 200 helpers who generously contribute their time on show day, along with those who take time off from their regular jobs to assist in constructing the show in the week leading up to the event. Without the unwavering commitment of these volunteers, this remarkable show simply wouldn’t be possible.

Our Show Committee takes immense pride in its rich heritage and its deep connection to the local community. As a charitable organization, our mission is to uphold our agricultural legacy and support various local community groups, worthwhile causes, and charities by allocating a portion of the funds generated by the show to these vital organizations.

Goosnargh & Longridge Agricultural Show is made possible thanks to the dedicated efforts of our volunteers. Brochure Advertisements (2024). We are able to hold the price of adverts this year to what was charged last year. We produce 6,000 copies which are mostly hand delivered around a wide area including Broughton, Whittingham, Goosnargh, Ribchester, Grimsargh as well as Longridge.
