In this marquee, we are keen to support ANY local groups, clubs, or organisations by offering the occupancy of a stand in a central, high-traffic marquee, which gives you the space to promote your group.  If you’re unsure whether your group is appropriate for this section, or would like some further detail/ direct discussion about the opportunity, please don’t hesitate to email the section coordinators!

We are very grateful to receive sponsorship from the Longridge Town Council, which allows us to offer stalls at NO CHARGE!  All we ask for is a £20 deposit to secure your space, which will be returned on the day of the show. This can be sent alongside your application as cash, or cheques payable to:

Groups are provided with a table and 2 chairs; however we do try our best to accommodate any extra space preferences or requirements, providing you mention this ASAP! Please note, electricity access is NOT available in this marquee.

On show day, gates open to public from 10am-4:30pm. Your stall MUST be manned all day. Each group will be issued with 2 entry wristbands free of charge, if you require more for volunteers helping on your stall please mention this in the application form as we may have a few spares if needed.  We would also be grateful if you could pass this on to any other groups who you think may wish to attend, thank you!
